Privacy policy
Effective September 7, 2026. This policy applies specifically to Pipparcel: Learn to Read, published by No Worries! Lifestyle, LLC. It controls for Pipparcel if a general company policy says something different.
Pipparcel does not send your child's gameplay information to us. The game has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, login, chat, or developer-operated gameplay backend. It does not ask for a child's name, email, photos, voice recordings, contacts, or location, and it does not use the microphone.
Information kept on the device
The app stores learning progress, completed activities, unlocked chapters, garden rewards, preferences, and whether the optional rating prompt has been handled in local app storage. It also stores purchase-access information received from Apple so it can determine whether optional paid chapters are available. This information is used on the device to continue play and provide the selected settings.
The game does not provide its own cloud save or progress sync. The operating system may include app data in device backups according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data; any separately stored backups are managed through Apple.
Apple purchases
Apple processes optional subscriptions through the App Store. The app receives Apple's verified transaction and entitlement information to provide paid access. We do not receive payment-card information. Apple may supply the developer with App Store sales and financial reports under its own terms. Purchases, restoration, and subscription management may require internet access.
Apple's handling of App Store information is described in Apple's privacy policy. Gameplay can be used offline.
Children and grown-up controls
Pipparcel is designed for beginning readers with grown-up support. Purchases, restore, subscription management, outside links, and any optional rating request are reached through the grown-up area behind a parent gate. We do not track children across apps or websites, use gameplay information for advertising, or connect children with other players.
When a parent contacts support
If you email support, we receive your email address and what you include in the message. We use those details to respond and maintain related support records. Please contact us as a parent or guardian and avoid sending children's names, photographs, recordings, exact locations, or other sensitive information.
Our email provider may process correspondence to deliver and store messages. We retain messages as needed to resolve requests and maintain required business records. You may ask us to delete information you sent using the contact address below, subject to any legal retention requirements.
This website
These pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising, account forms, or tracking cookies. The website host may process ordinary request information, including an IP address, to deliver and secure the pages. External sites operate under their own privacy policies.
